Not an easy thing to do at all. Some talented people never win even one Nobel Prize in their lives. One amazing woman won two. She was Marie Curie who broke into a strictly man’s dominated field. She was a French-Polish physicist who went to a secret school in Poland and later on studied in Paris, France. At time being so poor she couldn’t even afford food she pressed on. As a result her research in radiation won her two Nobel Prizes – one in chemistry and one in physics. She remains the only person male or female to have won two prizes in two separate sciences.

She was incredible wasn't she? I wonder what she could have done if she'd had the same opportunities as a man.

I have been to the Curie Institute in Paris. It's her office and lab and see the awards.
