Cooking ideas with rosemary

Looking for any ideas you may have on healthy meals or sides that go well with rosemary. I had a failed cooking experiment earlier this week of attempting rosemary roasted potatoes. For whatever reason the potatoes turned dry and not very good. I did cook them in the oven (anyone know of any other way? Can you throw em in a crock pot?)
I am not a waster of food so I am trying to figure out a way of using this fresh rosemary I bought. After Googling, it seems like most of the recipes are for potatoes.
Do you ever use rosemary? If so what type of recipes do you put it in?

I usually use rosemary for roasted meat. Recently I discovered a cookie recipe that uses rosemary. i tried it and it is good.

I'm not familiar with cooking, with Rosemary. For our potatoes, I roast them with olive oil, black pepper, and parsley flakes. That's the only oven method that I use, unless they are scalloped.

@maezee Actually, parsley has a powerful taste, it can be overwhelming in a recipe. Lightly sprinkled over broasted potatoes, it gives a hint of flavor, similar to basil.

Dice up the potatoes, a little olive oil and rosemary. So good. Or in mashed potatoes.

I sometimes buy a plant and just consume a few leaves now and then.

You should cook the potatoes all the way and just before serving add the diced Rosemary with the oil or butter first and put on the sliced in half baked potato, with salt. Let sent in the over a few minutes and you are done.
Rosemary is good in most Italian dishes.

I haven't used it for cooking; but maybe for pasta, it can be used.

You can roast chicken (whole or pieces) or a pork loin/tenderloin with a coating of olive oil, chopped rosemary, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
I like to marinate shrimp in a blend of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and chopped rosemary. Wrap the shrimp in bacon, put on skewers, and grill (or roast in oven). Top with blue cheese crumbles when they are done if you like that. https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/bacon-wrapped-shrimp-with-rosemary-and-stilton-105951
You can chop up fresh garlic cloves and rosemary, mix it with kosher salt and use it as a paste to put on a beef roast overnight before roasting. I use this on my prime rib roast that I make for Christmas dinner. (my recipe includes a pinch of cayenne as well but that's only if you don't mind a bit of heat) http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/anne-burrell/standing-rib-roast-recipe-1922485
Rosemary focaccia is a favorite of mine and easy enough to make.
Union Square Cafe's Bar Nuts are a huge favorite whenever we are entertaining. Super easy to make!
You could make a compound butter with the rosemary and then use that on crusty bread, on/in mashed potatoes, on vegetables, etc.
There are also lots of cocktails that seem to include rosemary these days.
