We have a nice spring day here. The sun is shining and everything, except myself, is perfect. I had a big cramp last night and I´m still limping a bit. Cramps are part of my life lately. I read online to see is I could learn what to do, but it seems that there´s nothing more than what I already do (get off the bed and massage my calve and take a longer shower letting warm water flow). Do you have another suggestion? Anyway, even if it hurts a bit, I´m going to garden some. I only have to transplant some of the plants so I can do it easily if Leticia helps me. See you. I´m going towards my notifications now

I used to get those cramps all the time then I discovered I was allergic to the chemicals in my food so I switched to organic only. These days I only get a cramp if it gets cold and I my legs are not properly covered and warm.

I can switch to organic. Will try it. The only bad thing is the cost of them.

Yeah, the cost is a bit more but who want medications @marguicha right?

Someone told me that the lack of potassium, calcium or potassium in my diet caused me that problem. They advised me to eat bananas, drink milk etc. I did, and it seemed to go away.

I have a method that works. If the cramp is in your calf, straighten your leg, lift your foot upwards, bending it at the ankle. Your toes must point towards your shin. Rest a moment than walk around on your heels for a few minutes.
