Losing the names.

Lately, I have noticed that I tend to forget the names of many people. I remember their faces, what relation they have with me, buut the name is gone.
Sometimes, 2 hours (or 2 day) later, I suddenly cry out: the name is "so and so". Many times, when I do this in front of other people, even if they are close, they look at me a bit ashamed.
I ask myself. Is this old age? Is this aterosclerosis? Is this Alzheimer?
How can I know? I don´t want to see more doctors. With the ones I go to is more than enough.

Maybe just advanced age. Forgetfulness comes with the territory.

@marguicha No, not at all, I do not want to reach the age my Mom reached. She was fine until last Friday, but after the ictus the life has no sense.

Don't get worried please. I am like that too. I am in my 30's and I admit I have noticed that I am being forgetful. I think it is just a natural thing. Some people are good at names and some are not.

I always lose some things in the house. But it is usually Leticia´s sense of order. And now I have Lely changing things around.

Just names? no worries I do the same. If yu are forgetting where you re going or where you are at, then its time to worry

Not yet, I haven´t. Except of course when I open the closet´s door (or the refrigerator) and look at it with a lost look. Then I close it and say to myself what was I going to get.
