What's for dinner? November 28

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I am making roast pork tenderloin. I am putting a mixture of freshly chopped garlic, Herbes de Provence, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil on it. To go with I have sauteed mushrooms and the last of the green beans. I could really go for a sweet potato but we aren't supposed to have carbs with our dinner--only breakfast and lunch.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Finally, Jay and I decided to dig into our Thanksgiving leftovers. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, sweet potatoes, greenbean casserole, and cranberry sauce. It was delicious!

Tonight I did a simple 15 minute meal. I bought three cheese tortellini and made Alfredo sauce, I cheated tonight. I just cannot stand up for too long today. I did too much cooking last week. But your meal sounds great, I might come knocking at your door, or u can ups me a plate

We will have pan-fried pork chops marinated in a delicious one called Allegro, scalloped potatoes, and sauteed zucchini and probably some green salad.
