...well, for the most part. I gave the guy there one of Mom's old photos on it with the picture that she drew, and he said he'd send me a "proof" or whatever in the email. My oldest nephew came with my brother today. My brother told me that my nephew didn't feel like going to school because he was having a hard time about his grandma passing. When we got home from the mortuary/my doctors appointment/going to the bank so I could deposit/cash my most recent paycheck, we got home and my brother started going through stuff again. He put aside a bunch of stuff for a future garage sale, though most of it is going to the "goodwill" or something. I need to take photos of some of Mom's dolls and see how much they may be worth so I can sell some on ebay. I am only keeping a couple of Mom's vast doll collection 'cause they are sentimental. My nephew and I took Angel for a walk early in the afternoon, and then not long after we came home, my brother decided to go home himself. Now it's just me and Angel. I am thinking of going and visiting with my next door neighbor in a bit. Hope you've all had a good day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land !

I'm sorry you are going through this. I remember when my brother passed away. Those were hard times. That anniversary is coming up soon. He suddenly passed away when he was 43. Sure was hard on my Mom. I did my best to help her with all the awful details. Same with a sister; helping her get through. Just not at all easy to walk through.

I'm glad your keeping some of her stuff so you have memories of her and what not. Sounds like your keeping busy as well. Are you going to still stay there by yourself or move near your brother ?

Sounds like you are keeping busy, which is good. I'm glad you're keeping some of the dolls. Hopefully you'll be able to sell the others.

Visit with us, visit the neighbor. It is a hard time for you. I hope your mom's dolls are worth something. The sentimental ones are worth a lifetime of memories for you.
