I am thinking of souting broccoli, tomatoes and carrots for my dinner. I'll be using VCO only. I'll also steam some potatoes and have cheese. It might be a strange of combination but I am going to give it a try. Who knows it'll be yummy.
What's your plan for dinner or breakfast? Will be the same?

I had sauteed veggies as my side dish for lunch today and it was awesome. How did you serve the cheese? I don't think it's a weird combination, by the way.

@yanzalong I have a sweet tooth and love cheesecake. I had made this one and it had apricot nectar in it.

It sounds like a good meal. I usually have cereal with milk and bananas and hot chocolate and peanut butter and chocolate spread on a spoon during the week for breakfast.
