“What does an animal mover do?”

‘Have you heard about this kind of job?’ I am not so certain if it does exist across the country. If I am going to describe the nature of the job, the ‘animal mover’ gives assistance in moving the animals to new homes and make sure they are in good condition. I can’t find the concrete information about this job.
‘Are they working in an animal shelter?’
‘Can you light me up about the concept of being an animal mover?’

I know that this service is active in the UK, they move pets from the mainland UK and Ireland to Canary Islands and Spain, where British use to spend many winter months. It's a sort of "taxi service" so that the owners do not have to take care of this while traveling by airplane.
