Now She is 60

Yesterday was my mom's birthday. She is now 60 years old.
It is crazy to me that she is the big 6-0 already. I can remember when she turned 30. Now I am older than that.
Her own mother passed away at the age of 75, and nobody in her family lives past their early 80s. The thought of one day losing my mom terrifies me.
I guess all I can do is enjoy the time I have with her, and try to spend as much time with her as possible. Life goes by too fast.

So true! My mom turned 60 in April, but I'm happy she's as healthy and cheerful and funny as ever and I'm super grateful for that. Happy birthday to your mother!

Thats how I felt when my mom turned 50 this past February. And everyday, i am scared of losing her but the whole birthday.. getting older thing really makes it pop in your head. Least for me.
