Do you write a Christmas letter in your card

Good afternoon.A late start but here. Doing some cards. Some cards I insert a Christmas letter. These are people that I do not see for some time. I insert a letter and a note to tell them what has been happening in my life. Plus I received the same.It is nice to get caught up on their doings. Now back to my cards and maybe see you later. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Technology is evolving, communication is changing, but the tradition and value of a handwritten note will always be timeless.” - Meagan Eisenberg, MongoDB

A couple people write a short note, but I seldom do myself. I use to enjoy communicating by letters!

I have never written a letter or note to insert, but it sounds like a good idea.

I send cards every year to some friends. But I don’t write much in it. Just Christmas and New Year wishes.

@amadeo - No. Pretty much the few people we know know that we don't celebrate, so they don't bother.

It should be a good idea that I don't do much because I just write in the card.

I do this too. If we didn't exchange a few words at Christmas we would lose touch with some friends altogether. And that would be a great shame.

I don't send a full letter saying what happened in my life but in each card I'll write a note to whoever I'm sending it too
