Hot pot is the best for cold winter

Lately it has been very cold here. The dishes will be cooled down because of the cold weather. And therefore having the hot pot is the best. Do you like to have hot pot? At our home, we like to put the ingredients like different kinds of vegetables, beef, tofu products and mushroom into the hot water and I like the fresh taste. I don't like using the soup as the hot pot.
