Good afternoon, it was quite cold out there today. I'm currently working on a story dealing with cognitive therapy. Have any of you here at myLot had cognitive therapy? How was your experience? What was the reason for your therapy? And how long did it last or is it still on going? Got a great 360 pan flat image at UHS Sleep and Neurodiagnostic Center today.

Cognitive therapy works wonders for those who may have experienced a concussion, someone with processing issues, even those with tinnitus, and more.

I never needed therapy. I know very well what cognitive therapy is, my sister in law had cognitive therapy for a few years, I am not sure it worked.

My hubby has his Master's in Adult Education. I snuck more than one peep at some of his books. Some folks believe in cognitive therapy more than the Twelve Step program. Whatever floats your boat higher, I say go for it.
