Hope you all are having a great Christmas Day today. I had my Christmas yesterday when my family came. There is good news. I am going home for good in January. The doctor comes back from his holiday on January 2nd and somewhere after that he will write the orders for my meds, hospital bed, walker, and oxygen for nighttime.
I am over the moon on this. My family didn't know I was doing as well as I am now. So they are anxious to get me home. I will get out to Wal-Mart and church, where I couldn't before.

I'm so happy. I get out of bed, dress myself, toilet myself, walk and pivot all alone. I even put my shoes on myself. I only need help with socks and tying shoes. I also shower myself.
