Brown Coconut Sugar inside

Cooked wheat with a cube of brown sugar inside and the outside sprinkled with grated coconut flesh then it is ready to serve. Have you ever heard of this cake?

This cake ia still considered traditional and more found in villages. To be served at starred hotels upun request.

Are those cakes "Klepon"? I thought that traditionally they are made with glutinous rice filled with palm sugar and coated in grated coconut.

This looks delicious, what do you call it in your native Bahasa language? The closest I can think of a similar Filipino traditional snack is called "Palitaw", a mixture of rice flour, sugar, roasted sesame seeds and grated coconut.

Yes i have heard of this food and it exists in my place. We call it "bukayo" how is it being called in your place?? And where you the one cooking that?? Please be kind to share the recipe if you do not mind. =)
