Anyone else having trouble with the Swagbucks search engine?

I'm no longer getting pages of results but only one page. And those results consist of strictly commercial sites or other search engines I can click on. And I can't get any results at all in "images". Sometimes I get no results at all and it doesn't even tell me "no results". I contacted SB support and got an acknowledgment but nothing further. I do notice that there is something new on the page at the right, a "safe search filter" that I hadn't noticed before. It is set on "moderate" and has one other setting, which is "strict". Where did that come from?! Is that something new to Swagbucks?! Or have I just never noticed it before? Any suggestions?

I just use my address bar at the top of the browser because I have my search set automatically to SB. But just to be sure, I went to the SB site and tried their search bar. Still the same lousy stuff. With a business worth that much, you would think they would respond to inquiries like mine in a more timely manner!

@dragon54u I do too,,,but it sees like I only get points when I go directly to the SB page. It didn't used to be like that.

Are you still having trouble with the search on Swagbucks? I had some yesterday, but seems to be okay today. @dragon54u

It fixed itself after a week or so. Contacting them was useless, I got a form letter in return that did not even address the problem. But it's working now and I've had some decent earnings from it!

I don't use it and so cannot offer any information. I hope someone else can help.

I have not been noticing. I usually just keep searching random terms until I get rewarded swagbucks!

I have found--before the search engine went wonky--that asking a question gets more rewards than not. Asking about material things like "what are the most popular shoes in London?" will usually get you a reward. But then, one time I meant to type "n" in the search bar of my browser for my news site and accidentally typed "nt" and I got 24 swagbucks!

Could this change have something to do with your anti-virus/Internet security software?

I use my cell phone to do some GPT. I wonder if I or works on my phone if I use the swagbucks search engine. Otherwise I need my laptop.

I just know that I got kicked off their gold surveys cause I wasn't consistent- bologny. I've done my best and that's all I know. I do the other surveys still but most of the time am not accepted.
