I thought there no more fire works? ( Happy New Year )

Hello Mylotters I just want to let you know that as of tonight it has struck 12:02 over here. Done with my bath and supposed to get some sleep. Unfortunately, 10 minutes before the new year fire works begun to start. So, I'm just here chilling until I feel sleepy, wrong! The fire works just go stronger and I started to smell it. I feel sorry for all the animals out there who are freaking tonight, my dog most specially. But it will be over soon. It seems that the President's NO FIREWORKS for 2018 didn't work one bit I hope you have a nice New Year out there!

Happy New Year LK! Fireworks were considerably less this year at least here in Metro Manila. Heard reports that as early as the morning of December 31, 2017, fire trucks and mobile patrol cars are going around the city reminding people about the fireworks ban.

Fireworks are banned in Australia except for those put on by local government for public entertainment.

Well, as my cousin said in Pinas, our home town was quiet. No fireworks. Angus, my dog was safe . Maybe not all politicians there in their cities and towns are following the instruction of the President.
