First to start with why I'm not on the board often. Two of my friends have been in the hospital same procedure and within days of each other. It was shocking to learn both ladies had fast heart beats and now are on the same medication and bed rest. It was a real eye opener I need to take better care of my health, as I'm working so hard and now am going to slow down some and relax. Both ladies are home and understand they have to slow down and ask for help. I'm asking for help also, as I don't want to end up in the hospital. Both ladies said its hard to admit we have to do less in a day. I'm certainly doing less. My first relaxation was shopping at K-mart where the Jaclyn Smith large Purse is on sale. The bag was 39.99 then I used the store discount of 40%, a coupon good only at that store, Shop Your Way and paid $1.42. It has 3 things I really like that came with it a coupon holder, lots of places to put other things and good shoulder straps. The checker was impressed and the person behind me wanted to know how I saved so much. I pointed to the sign in the store and told the person to sign up to save money.
