I miss Duolingo app in my mobile. I deleted it to give space to another app. I had fun learning Spanish in that app. I want to be good in 3 language English, Filipino and Spanish. Since Spain colonize the Philippines I want to learn their language since it's part of our country's history. I'm quite good in English and it is taught in school so no need to study English. I practice my English here in mylot.
I think I will install it again and be serious to learn the Spanish language. How many language do you know? Do you like to learn Spanish? What language you want to learn?

Italian and Spanish seem to be similar. I think French is hard to learn also German. What is the main language in Switzerland?

@averygirl72 Spanish seems similar to Italian but many times same words have different meaning. French was not difficult to learn for me, then I lived in France 30 years, it's my second language.
We have 3 official languages in Switzerland Italian, French and German.

@LadyDuck That's interesting to know. Here we have regional dialects, Filipino and English. So some people here know 3 languages too

Learning a foreign language is a good skill to acquire. Takes much effort though. But Spanish and English have many similar words which makes learning it easier. I'd omit the conjugation at the start though. That was the reason why I hated Spanish in college. Learning should be fun.

Your lucky to have Spanish in college. During my time there's no more Spanish subjects. It would be nice to be familiar with 3 languages especially Spanish

I have learnt French on Duolingo and enjoyed the lessons. I also learnt it at school many years ago so Duolingo was a good refresher for me.

Some words are familiar to me. Some are really new to me. It's fun to learn a different language
