Grocery Shopping

I usually do not go grocery shopping on weekends, but it has been so cold lately that I kept postponing the trip to the store.
We are in need of fresh vegetables and fruits and some dairy products.
So I guess I will go for a small shopping.
I also need to go to the drugstore and post office next door.
At least, the weather is warmer today and there is no snow predicted.

I did that yesterday and got stocked up on fresh fruits and veggies. We did a small shopping and it was pretty easy. I can't do a whole big shopping anymore as my knees hurt too much to walk around a huge supermarket.

Glad the weather is warmer for you. I try to go groceries during the week also to avoid the crowds.

We try and do a lot of our major shopping when we can, but sometimes we tend to be out of things so then it is just going to the store for a couple of items. My husband enjoys going most of the time right when he gets off work like at 11 pm at night as there seems to be not as much traffic then, and easier to shop

I've been having the same problems here in CT, USA with the cold weather. I absolutely love the image you used. Being a vintage and collectibles dealer, all those vintage tins and containers are like eye candy to me!

@marlina Grocery stores can be very busy on weekends. I would rather go anywhere during the week, I don't like crowds.
