what are you expectations here? have you read reviews about mylot that made you join?

Firstly you don't need to convince people, only thing is you have to respond on their posts too so that you may get their response on yours so it's like give and take to earn here. Secondly you don't need to create knowledgeable posts , only thing you should write something interesting. Lastly who said you can get rich from the earnings from mylot. If you think then it's wrong.

Your second point is the answer to the first. You can only create a useful and knowledgeable discussion if you have something to discuss, give people as much information as you can about the topic and word the discussion in such a way that people will want to respond. I don't know whether there are tutorials for that sort of thing but you might find them if you search for "How to be a good conversationalist" or "How to run a discussion group" or something along those lines. The best way to use myLot is to forget about the money and to enjoy giving intelligent and useful responses and comments in other people's discussions. If you do that, you are much more likely to find people will want to join in your discussions, especially if you can actually discuss things with them (in comments to their responses) rather than just 'polling' people's opinions and not replying! In other words, success in myLot is ALL about having conversations.

You earn in mylot out of your discussions that were liked and or responded to by other members. Make relevant and interesting topics. It helps a lot. Second, develop a following of other members and follow them back. It does not earn you anything to follow anyone or if anyone follows your profile but then its an added option for topic visibility. Also, there are a lot of discussions here that are new or unanswered. try to answer those. Don't forget as well to get involved in the "interesting discussions" and top rated discussions.
