Is the Internet issue solved? / myLot

I bought a new computer last month, but I had been experienced slow Internet issue. At first I thought it could be caused by Windows 10, as I have read many slow Internet issues with Windows 10. I tried to follow some steps for fixes, but it didn't help at all. I tested with a LAN cable, it worked well. So I decided to bring the computer back to the shop I bought it and asked the technician to fix it for me.

Finally, he found out the network driver was not updated. Well, I read about this when I was searching for fixes, I thought I have the updated version. Now that I have been testing the Internet speed for a day, it seems to work well except when I am downloading a big file. I hope the Internet speed issue has really been solved, so I can really enjoy using a new and fast computer to go online.

I have no problem with my computer and the internet speed at all. I have no idea about updating the network drive at all.

Yes, we have a great internet speed. I'd hate to go back to a slower one. I can get impatient sometimes.

I'm just fine with mine, I would suggest you do a free internet speed test on your computer from time to time to see the down load speed, upload speed and ping.

Yes, we are happy with our Internet speed. We updated our router the last month of November.
