Oh my! Bitcoin went down because of the crypto Tether and Bitfinex it's cryptocurrency exchange.
I'm not a fan of trading but cryptocurrencies makes me wanna be a trader. For real! 
I did buy some Bitcoins for a few hundred Pesos. Let's see what happens next. I'm not a very high risk taker so I'm happy trading with some hundreds and not thousands.
What about you? Would you buy Bitcoin if it's down or no?

Nope. I haven't been interested in it previously for the exact reason that is happening right now.
And you actually didn't buy 'some Bitcoins'...you bought some pieces of some Bitcoins.
One actual bitcoin right now would cost you $9,500

@owstalaga You can read from JJ that it was $9,500 yesterday, it is $ 8,500 now. As you see is going down further.

I actually have a small cache of Bitcoin that I scraped together during its early days from faucets and whatnot. Funny thing, at one point it was just enough to buy a good meal for two and I almost considered pulling out just for that! But I guess I was right to have held them because now I've got just over $100 in value.
Anyway, the recent drop in price has managed to sway my faith quite a bit. I'm just going to wait for the value to rise stably, then I might invest.

Oh that's interesting. Next time when the price gets really high, at least take out some of it so you can enjoy your earnings. 
My mistake was I kept withdrawing everytime my bitcoin/peso doubled.
So when it went down, I bought a bit more and now it's coming back up! Hurray!

It's been a while since I made few transactions using bitcoins. I am conservative when it comes to investing especially after one of the sites I joined before has turned scam. I would just continue developing my writing skill.
