It's 78F outside and 68F inside the house. Should be comfortable temperatures, right?
So why am I freezing and bundled up in a sweater? I'm about to make myself another cup of hot tea because I just can't get warm. Yes, I did take my vitamins today.
The accompanying picture is a photo I took of myself months ago and ran through the Dreamscope app.

@spiderdust My husband has very low blood pressure, he needs a warmer home or he gets sick. In winter the heater is set at 71.5, we do not have air conditioner, but inside the house it never gets warmer than 77 during the day.

68 degrees is the hottest I can deal with. Any hotter I get head aches and can't breath. I have always liked to be cold and wear a sweater and socks. I am most comfortable that way. I go crazy when my husband puts the heat above 70. I can live with my windows opened all winter long and the air conditioner on all summer. Plus I always have an overhead fan on.

@ramapo17 68F is the highest that we set the thermostat to for the heat, and 75F is the lowest that we set the air conditioning.

@celticeagle I wonder if we're getting some rain soon too... it's awfully grey outside today.

It's definitely warmer than usual right now... just not in my body.

@spiderdust You need a new doctor if that is the answer that he gave you.
You could have a blood problem or Raynaud's syndrome.

@marlina Unfortunately I can't switch doctors just yet. I'd really like to.

I tend to be anemic often. I've asked the doctor why, but it gets brushed off with "a lot of women are"
and nothing gets looked at.
I did take my vitamins today, both to keep boosting my iron levels and to support my immune system.

@spiderdust Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and take a lovely long hot bubble bath or a long hot shower. That always warms me from the inside out

I've had a lot of fun with it over the past few months. An artist I follow on Instagram introduced me to it.

Oh, that's already happened. I've been "down with something" since just after Christmas, but I thought I was finally on the tail end of it.

@spiderdust I have been suffering from "something" since just before Christmas when we went from Florida to New Jersey to see the kids. It was so cold there and we stayed in my friends house on a lake and it snowed like crazy and we could never get warm. My friend went to Texas the whole time we were at her house. I finally went to the doctors the beginning of this week and the meds helped some but I am not 100%. I am so tired of being sick and I think my husband is tired of doing everything in the house.

@ramapo17 I'm pretty sure I had the flu, but that was over a month ago. I'd think I'd be fully recovered by now, but I'm not. I caught something respiratory on top of it all too.

I get that way, I get cold very easily. Even when it is over 100 degrees, I have a blanket around me haha

I wish I was like that. My whole family has always been the opposite and can get sweaty very easily.
