Happy to invite a few seniors from an old age home. They took over the kitchen and prepared bimbli pickle following my recipe which I gifted to them Treated them to wine and lunch - time well spent
I have suggested to them that they should use their talent and put it to good use. Now, they just while away their time there.

This is just the beginning. I have suggested to these 3 ladies that they should engage themselves and invite others for some kind of activity may be even singing together. There is no common activity there.

That is great and I'm sure you enjoyed the visit and food as well. If you don't mind me asking though what is bmbli pickle? Never heard of it.

I agree. There should be a combination of seniors who are able, and destitute folks and orphans who are unemployed. Together they should start services of supplying food at the doorsteps. When meals are prepared collectively, a lot of gas can be saved, and when they are supplied to some bachelors or elderly in the vicinity, some monies can also be earned.

Unless the set up where they stay allows this it cannot be implemented.

I have visited several old age homes and the way the public looks at them as those waiting to die I want to change all that.
