I Can Be Hopeful

Today I loaded all the stuff up that I kept, the stuff the tenant left behind and I was gonna have a yard sale with, and I asked another tenant of she wanted any of it before I took it away. While there her friends both showed interest in the house I am working on, I even showed it to one that I really like that has two little girls.
Now I have three people interested and I hope one rents it so I wont have to go through a million people trying to pick the right one.
I still have a little painting to do on the inside and trim paining to do on the outside, I think I will be finished.
Oh the stuff? I gave it to a man that runs a little thrift store a block away. he was glad to get it.

I had an amazing day! We had a productive cleaning day and we were given a couple of things we needed today which was so nice too. =)

@andriaperry I do, too. He will be 79 in August. The doctor is pretty sure he doesn't have Parkinson's, and that's good. He needs more testing.

I know, that stuff would have brought a few dollars only, usually I have a yard sale and I have big ticket items.

My day was spent in Bed sleeping most of the day trying to kick this cold I have had almost 2 weeks. It hurts when I cough, but when I went to the Emergency room the other day they were not too worried about it, and said it was nothing. Glad you were able to give the stuff to someone who could benefit from it.

That was nice to donate, although making some money off of it would have been nice, too. Of course, you're so busy, trying to find time to run a yard sale is all you need!
