The Action Yesterday Didn't Stop Until My Heart Ran Wild Again

Cars After Acccident

Yesterday I had some online things to do in the morning, and I also wanted to transplant my other two root balls of Jupiter's Beard. I also needed to trim back part of the Star Jasmine so I could do that. I wanted it done before the rain. When I finished that work, I spread wildflower seeds on the front lawn, since rain was forecast for today . Hubby was still sick, and is today, as well. We were hoping our friend would make it over to help separate the cars, but just in case I went to the other house to take photos and do a few other things. I thought I'd share one of the photos of the two cars with you so you can see the problem more clearly. Before I left home, I rested a bit and ate some trail mix for energy, since the garden work left me pretty tired. After I took the photos, I went out to the yard there to get some cuttings to root from plants I don't have at this house. I got some thyme, some lavender, some normal sage, some santolina, and some marguerite. They are now waiting to grow roots so I can plant them. I also picked up some clothes and books I wanted to bring here, which meant going upstairs a few times. I kept hoping I'd get a call from my husband or David to know if he was coming so I could give him keys. But no one called. I found out later David got home too late from out of town to come. Now we have to wait until the rain is over. I left the house in the late afternoon and went to Trader Joe's to get some things we needed on the way home. I also took a lot of sunset photos, first at the house and then from the bridge that connects an extra parking lot to the Trader Joe's entrance. I get a pretty clear view from there. When I finally got home it was almost dark, I unloaded the groceries and plants and tools and put them away. (I had brought a rake and my fork spade from the other house because I need them at this one now.) Then I spread wildflower seeds in the backyard before it was completely dark. By the time I got in the house I was really tired. I finished off the chili and some leftover quinoa salad, put my feet up, and watched TV as I ate. I took my heart pill at 7:30 right on time, but palpitations started at 7:45. I waited an hour and then took another half pill, but it was 11 before my heart settled down for an hour. I rested in bed until 11 and then did a couple of things on the computer I had to do. I was back in bed a little after midnight. Milder palpitations continued, and this morning I was dizzy again. I've been dizzy most of the day, and could barely function. I called the medical assistant and got approval from the doctor to change my dosage and the timing of it. I'm OK now, but still very tired. I'll go to bed early tonight. I'm expecting a call from the new doctor's scheduler tomorrow, since my cardiologist is trying to get her to work me in earlier than April. In spite of everything, I think I got quite a bit done yesterday. What do you think? If you have a bright idea on how to separate these cars without doing too much damage, I'd love to hear it.

Hope your heart is OK. How did they get into that position in the first place?

I covered that in a previous discussion at The heart is better today, even though I was late with both pills. Perhaps my solutions to dosing has worked.
Yesterday started off just fine for me, but not for Hubby. He hasn't been feeling well, but the state of California doesn't care. We had to have a truck that I...

Wow, the cars are very close together. If you can get a forklift that can pick up the car to pull it apart slowly then lift up the car or something to this effect, then I believe there will be no damage at all. Show the picture to your friend and ask him about the forklift or something like it, maybe a tow truck that can lift and separate the cars a bit then pull the cars away slowly I believe that there will be no damage at all to the cars. May I ask how the cars got that way?

I think the plan is to use some kind of jack to lift and pull the Kia away from the truck. I hope it works.

@oahuwriter Thank you. It will be interesting to see if it works. My own idea was to enlist the help of the high school football coach and team to see if they could lift the car and pull it away from the truck.

@bagarad Same principal but different tool that's a good idea, but it's going to need a lot of man power to lift it. Cars are heavy. Guess your friend has the right tools to lift and move the cars apart slowly so they won't clash together. Wish you luck and success to solve your car situation. Take it easy and it's good to know that you'll have help. Take care.

The palpitations seem to be quite a bother to you.I think you fit in too many things every day.You had better take it easy.

@changjiangzhibin89 I think so. I know the word ablation is in it.

The doctor says it isn't dangerous, but I probably will need surgery to fix it. My appointment to see the surgeon for a consultation has been moved to a month earlier now.

The cars are too close to try to move one of the two without damages. I think that you need to lift one and move on the side. I hope you feel better now.

They will try to move the Kia away from the truck with a jack. I hope it works. Dave says there will probably be scratches, but at least the car should be functional.

@bagarad I fear there will be scratches. If it's only a bit of painting it's not hard to fix.

That's going to be a good trick to separate them. I hope you're doing better today. You did an awful lot yesterday.

It will be quite a trick, and I hope they can pull it off. I think it happens tomorrow. I have done much better today. See my reply to Shaggin above for details. I worked just as hard to day as I did on Wednesday, but I had no problems today.

@bagarad I read the response and am glad you were better with the new dosage. I hope they get the cars untangled today.

Wow This needs a lot of effort to separate them. Only lift one car and moving it to the side would not cause too much damage otherwise you will have to deal with a little damage

@aureliah Our friend did it, and the only damage was a few scratches. We are very happy about that.

Ohh wow, those are close together, I fear no matter what there will be damage. I suffer from heart problems too, palpitations being one of them. They can go from irritating to scary. Sure seems to me that you got a lot done! We went to Erie and got a few things done. Now I'm just tired.

Working hard does make one tired. But it also uses up calories, and that's a good thing.

It is crazy how close those vehicles are without actually touching lol. It looks like the van needs to be backed up first to separate them. It seems strange that the palpations started after you took your medicine.

@bagarad That is good doing the doseages that way seems to have worked. My worry was that you would have to keep taking it earlier and earlier all the time.

@shaggin That was my fear, too. Sometimes we know our own body's reactions to a medication better than the doctors do.

Actually they are touching at the very back, it's just hard to see it in the photo. My theory on the palpitations is that they actually wore off before I took my next dose, and when I take the pill it can take it an hour or so to kick in. I suggested to the doctor I take a double dose in the morning and a single dose at night because it seems my body uses it up more when I'm active. Today I worked hard on the new dose and even though I was late taking both pills today, I haven't had a problem. I hope this is the solutions, but only time will tell.

Today has gone well so far except for being half an hour late with my morning pill because I forgot to press "start" on my timer before bed last night. No palpitations so far today anyway.

I don't know if that would help the way the vehicles are so close in back.
