Good morning with a clean house.

Although it is lunch time, I am writing my first post today. We spent all morning washing the dishes one by one and putting away the best dishes so they would not break. The same thing happened with the glassware.
Finally Leticia shrunk the table to its smaller size and she could clean the floor.
It is nice to have guests over, but it is difficult to clean up and put away later on.
But now I´m ready to eat delicious leftovers and I can mylot part of the day.

It's still morning for me, at least for another 10 minutes or so. I need to make some meals for a neighbor who is having a baby this week (she has a scheduled c-section, so we already know when the baby is coming), although I haven't quite figured out what I'm preparing. They already have a 3 year old boy, so it should be something that he'll like too.

From my own experience with my grandchildren, they are always happy with pasta.

@marguicha They are. I was thinking about making some kind of pasta casserole for the freezer, plus a container of beef vegetable soup and some kind of meatball dish (maybe the porcupines I'm always writing about) since the mom can eat them one-handed if necessary (while nursing the baby) and my toddler LOVES meatballs.

@marguicha Sorry, I could not reply then. I and my husband usually take chappatis(Indian bread) and curry for dinner. We take a glass of milk without sugar before sleep.

I can’t really remember what I did Friday and Saturday but yesterday I went to my boyfriends house for a few hours. A guy came today for some energy thing and he said my house is a lot better (cleanliness) then other people’s homes he has to go to.
