A Little Good To Look Forward To Tonight.

While I think that I have noticed a little improvement in my "stuffiness" I had a pretty restless night. While I know that I'm going to be pretty tired today, tonight I will be sleeping the minute my head hits the pillow. As for the humming, I have already hummed one song in its entirety and I think that I will see if I can turn this into a habit. I have been trying a few new things to help with my anxiety and from what I have been reading, I have been going about this all wrong. It's called baby steps... sideways!!

LOL... Last night I needed her to hum to me... Couldn't seem to fall asleep no matter how hard I tried!!

Beautiful photo of oyu there and the baby.
The humming worked for me somewhat as the allergy season is here already.
Keep humming and it might just clear that sinus hope so.

I love her to bits!! My only grandchild... and is a wee bit spoiled especially by her granddad! He's worse than I am!!
