Hopefully a better sleep tonight

Hopefully a better sleep tonight I don’t think I will have any problems sleeping tonight like I did last night. I’m getting tired but I’m hoping to stay up a little longer yet. I’m just hoping once in bed I don’t have a repeat of last night, finger crossed, although I did finally sleep around this time of day. Some were saying it was something to do with the full moon. I would never have thought the moon would have anything to do with your sleep pattern but maybe it does seeing the moon effects so much. Do you have bad night’s sleep often or are you one of the lucky ones that never have any problems sleeping? The photo was taken a few years ago

Thank you, I've often thought it must be hard to sleep when you are pregnant, I hope you can get some good sleep.

I messed up with my sleep pattern again, but that was because I was distracted by something pleasurable that kept me awake till late. I usually don't find it difficult to fall asleep, unless I'm not tired, or something or someone causes nuisance. Very hot weather or people who snore get on my nerves. Once I'm asleep, nothing can disturb me.

I'm going to say it's late over there, is it almost 5am there? No, I don't like people who snore, they must be a nightmare to live with.

@kevin1877uk Yes, you're correct abou the time here, I'm heading to bed. There isn't much I can do except wait for them to wake up, or fall asleep before they do.

When I'm sick with fever, sleeping is really hard and I drift between being awake and being asleep quite often.

I never sleep very well, I wake up several times during the night. Not always when I am very tired I sleep better, it's weird.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping most nights. I can be nodding off at the computer but once I go to bed I seem to be wide awake again.

@kevin1877uk First of all since this is from the end of March you metioned you would be going back to work the beginning of April I think it was. How did that go and how are you feeling? Back to sleep. I have a very hard time falling asleep and then I have to get up during the night at times and hard to get back to bed again.
