Rose Blossoming

This rose plat we brought last year from nursery, it is growing flowers in Gumla flowerpot. I like rose flowers, we used to have many types of roses, but this time among few brought plants, only that one is blooming flowers. It has started blossoming rose since last week, but do you know what type of rose is that? Do you have any rose in your home? Which type and colour ?

It's a very nice rose. It is called "rosa rubiginosa", or sweetbriar rose, or eglantine. Those flowers usually have a very good smell.

It is JJ's image that is eglantine rose; I am not sure with which we have.

@LadyDuck Our rose have more layer, but that one was the only fresh, others were having side burning and turning into dark red.

These roses have a strong scent and normally do not have many layers of petals. This link has more

The rose we have are sensitive, I found their sides are turning dark red as burning, but they are not single only; it was the only fresh that image I uploaded.

I perhaps to get answer, it is not same as you have in your profile image; we used to have many roses years ago, mostly red and others were yellow, white and even pink.

Save water, we have underground tank in our house that is capable to store 100,000 liters of rainwater. I am planning extra tanks.

Rose is beautiful. I have a bottle of dry flowers, including some roses. They're not as beautiful as the fresh ones.

Here roses are even shed, new blossoms come, and then they shed.

I like flowers but i like most rose different colour . very beautiful rose. my home has many different types flower rose flower ,sunflower flower,lily flower,.but i like most rose pink . my home has pink colour flower . i like rose flower . but i always happy for pink colour flower.but both colour is very beautiful flower.
