Great weekend, but a bit cold.

So if you read my last post it was my Birthday on Thursday and I took a few days off work and had plans to do some camping. The lunch on Thursday with my kids went well and I had a very nice time with them. It's always good to spend time with family. It wasn't anything fancy but then again I'm not the fancy type. The weather was not to bad the last week, reaching 50 F (10 C) during the days and staying in the high 30's or even reaching the 40's at night but of course when I decide to go camping the weather dropped off. Dropping in to the 20's at night and not reaching the 50's during the day. I still enjoyed the get away and being out there but it was a little chilly getting into and out of the sleeping bag. I camp in a tent so...no heat. I look forward to a lot of weekend get a ways this summer. I want to do a bunch of camping and just enjoy the outdoors.
