Winter Through My Windows

Yesterday we had a snowstorm. We had a predicted snowfall of 8 inches. From the looks of things out there this morning, I would say we came close to that.
I'm very happy this system has passed as I also woke this morning feeling back to my normal self. I'll also be back in the pool tomorrow.
As you can see, it was hard to see out my windows this morning. The sun is now shining in a nice blue sky. I'll be leaving in a couple hours. I'm going to the library so they can plow the parking lot.
How is your weather today? Did winter visit you yesterday? Or are you enjoying beautiful sunny spring like weather?

Very pretty looking out your window. We had snow but it's already gone and now we have fog and possibly thunderstorms.

It's partly cloudy and about 65 here. I could cycle if I wanted to. I still may, but I'm going to grade some papers first. And practice guitar. Your photos make me want to stop by and cook up some eggs for you (if you make the coffee). We could sit by your window, look out at the snow and discuss religion, writing, and the Bears/Packers rivalry. As you already know, I sometimes miss the Midwest.

That is a lot of snow you got Valerie. Today is May 18th here in Jerusalem and it is very very nice out there. No snow for us. We did not get any this winter and I really hope spring is close by now. We have had strange weather lately. It is suppose to be nice now and not sure if will continue or if go back to winter again. This is not like our weather. We usually have nice weather starting in May.

I think that was the first snowfall in April. There was another one a week later I think that was a three day blizzard here, yes, it started Friday 13th through Monday morning. We got up to 3 ft of snow in places. Green Bay got 2 ft. It was great. Now, instead of snow plows, the lawnmowers are out, the sun is shining and the leaves on the trees are green.
I took that picture yesterday.

@mlgen1037 We have another storm coming in today, but it won't be anything like it was Tuesday. Mild by comparison. We're expecting 2.4 inches of snow tonight. The storm will come and go during the night.

It's melting here too. We got 9.2 inches. Yes, it does make a mess when it melts.

Thank you. It does look pretty. Even with it starting to melt. Hot doesn't appeal to me.

Not beautiful, sunny spring like weather here. No snow either. Just a lot of fog, rain and drizzle with cool temperatures....April showers, bring Mayflowers
