New Shirt!

Normally, unless it has the logo of one of my favorite sports teams or bands, I shy away from shirts with designs or sayings on them. The plainer, the better, as far as I'm concerned. (Other than my Hunter S. Thompson shirt, that is.) But I just couldn't pass this one up. It's the Colorado State Flag, incorporated into the shape of a bicycle. I've made it no secret that I am pretty much obsessed with the sport of cycling. I ride as much as I can, and watch as much as I can, following it on the Internet when I can't watch. I'm also a fairly enthusiastic resident of Colorado. It's like this shirt was tailor made for me! I need to cut the sleeves off, and get rid of the wrinkles, but yeah, I plan on wearing it all summer!

That is a pretty cool looking logo. I have a bunch of t-shirts from shirt.woot, but I have quite a few band shirts too. Usually this is just fine, but the other morning I had to go to an elementary school office and tried to find something to wear that wasn't a metal band shirt or something with Cthulhu on it. I finally found something that looked suitably "mom" enough.

@teamfreak16 I usually refer to such clothing as "mom drag".

@teamfreak16 You are welcome and that is great. I like to design my own t-shirts and then go somewhere that puts them on the shirt.

I love that shirt and I would have gotten it too if we also had that one in our flag. I particularly like this shirt, designed by one of our bike friends.

I have several cycling themed t-shirts, my current favourite is a stick figure pedalling away from stick figure zombies, with the message,'The Zombie apocalypse will not be motorised'

@teamfreak16 It was from a bike blog, Path less pedaled. Looks like they've closed their shop down. Pity

My allergies have been really bad the last couple days. That is one drawback to living here.

@DesirousDreamer - Mine have actually gotten better over the years here, but the last couple days have been brutal.

@teamfreak16 Yeah, mine have been going nuts here, it is awful haha it is the reason why we live here. My grandma's hayfever was terrible up there.

Very clever designing! An aero jersey to leave those chasers in the dust, lol.

Hi, Shirt looks good. Wrinkles are fine on t shirts and you can get ride of them not an issue. I am just wondering why you want to get ride of those sleeves By the way I too don't like to wear designed dresses. The simple the better. And I avoid wearing bright colors

I always cut the sleeves off my shirts. You can see my tattoos easier that way. And it's more comfortable.
