This story is kind of bittersweet since the mom bear lost her life on Thursday in an auto accident in Franklin County on Thursday.
The next day Virginia State Police Officer D. H. Cepelink saw two cubs stranded after their mom died in a tragic auto accident.
Officer Cepelink took the two cubs to the Wildlife Center Of Virginia which is located in Waynesboro where the two cubs will find new friends at their new home.
It is nice to see that police officers are given some love by the television markets in the Richmond Virginia area.

Me too since the loss of their mom was harmful enough.

That is true since they lost their mother and needed someone to guide them.

The State Police really are public servants aren't they.... Or in this case, animal ones, lol.
