I am not a floor mat or a punching bag...

Sometimes it seems like people think I am either a floor mat or a punching bag.
They step on my shoes, hit me with their bags, bump into me or push me, and don't even say they are sorry.
In the words of Stephanie Tanner from Full House "how rude!"
What is wrong with people?
Can't they see where they are going?
I am not invisible.
At least I don't think I am...

@Jessabuma I always apologize but then I don't like being rude. Others just don't care.

Just because they are in a hurry doesn't mean they should step on me or hit me with their stuff. But if it happens at least they should have the decency to say "I'm sorry".

That is the same story here in crowded buses. And few days ago, in morning my elder son step on my feet and he was not aware, I shouted on him as he was not showing any manners to say sorry or anything. He said, he did not aware the act. Younger one rushed in for saving him, yes, it is not his mistake, wearing shoes he can't identify the mistake.

@lovebuglena Usually I avoided crowded buses to escape from such problems. Some people even not ask a sorry, even if they aware that they done something inappropriate.

Crowded subways and buses are the worst. People clearly see there is no room and they will still shove themselves inside not caring that they are pushing you or hitting you in the process. All they care about is getting on that darn subway or bus. There will be a next one... less crowded probably... but no! No patience to wait.

Hmmm, it isn't that crowded here so people don't usually run into me!

I believe this kind of people exist everywhere, I met them in my life too. Yeah, I totally agree with you. They are so rude

I'm rarely in very crowded places so it doesn't happen to me much.

If I had guts I'd tell them exactly what I think and it wouldn't be pretty.

This happens to me on a regular day. And it's not necessarily rush hour either.

That happens to me sometimes too, but many of them apologize. People should really be considerate of others and be moral.

They should be but they don't want to be.
