Me Time Under The Scorching Sun

Hello everyone.
I do not remember the last time I was able to have a "me" time. So right now, I will enjoy this few hours of myself alone thank you to my mom in law who went to our house to take care of my kids for a while.
So now I am in a mall to have a hair cut and color. But even before I can go here, I have to endure the heat of the sun. Since this mall is just 15minutes away from my place, I prepare myself exactly the time it will open. What I did not prepare myself is the traffic along the way to the mall. The only thing I can do is to walk going to the mall under the scorching heat of the sun otherwise will be stuck in traffic if I chose the public transport.
So now I really have to enjoy.
What do usually do for your ''me' time?

@hereandthere same. Actually I go here once in a blue moon. I prefer t o go to the bigger mall. Lol

I'm a bus rider, so I always have to walk a lot. When we have no cloud cover, I wear a hat, put aloe on skin or lotion with aloe, sunglasses and comfy walking shoes. I don't have a car any longer. Next year bus rides for Seniors is, $35 a year...I can hardly wait for next year!

Do right. I feel okay with bussing only. The bus system is very good for in an evacuation time the bus will stop and bring all to an evacuation center. Now that N. Korea is disarming, life got so relaxed.

i can reach the city proper with just one ride, and yes, i have my ME time when i go out, alone.

My "me" time is spent going for long walks, dancing in my living room or just chillin' on the balcony with a coffee.
