Real Estate Lady Just Left

Well, that it didn't take long! We were quite comfortable with her as she met Liz when we bought this house a couple of years ago. There was only one thing that we didn't agree on and that was how fast she wanted to list it. She wants it ready for photos in a week and I want to wait until it is a bit warmer so that I can have some planters filled with flowers around the property. We are sitting at around 3 degrees right now and it looks pretty dismal at the moment. So, we decided on Mother's Day weekend. Hopefully, the grass will have greened up and I can pretty this place up! Keep your fingers crossed! I am looking forward to going home!

Do you want to move to another location? I also think that in a few weeks with the flowers and greener grass.

Lots of things went into the decision, but a lot of it is our granddaughter. We are missing out on so much!

Good luck with the sale. Where is the 'home' you are looking forward to? Do you have to buy another house somewhere?

Yes, we are going to have to buy another house, but we haven't decided quite where it will be. Depends a lot on the price range.

I think adding the flowers will make it look nicer, plus if it's a nice sunny day the photos will turn out better.
