Mmmm! Lilacs

My daughter brought me a bouquet of my favorite flowers - lilacs. Mmm! They smell so good. The entire room smells of them. She says there are some pink and white ones in someone's yard she is going to take pictures of for me.
My mom used to end her bedtime goodnights with "Lilacs on your pillow!". It was something we continued for years. Whatever the favorite flower was. Such a nice endearment.

@celticeagle Yes! Not to complain but when the blooms fall some land in my gutter. And I have trimmed that tree back twice already, lol.
