Since I have an issue when it comes to sleeping, a friend of mine suggested having an aromatherapy diffuser to help me sleep. Becuase it's been working with her ever since. I told the boyfriend about it and we plan to buy one but we need to check for a cheaper price because most of them are too expensive.
I've also seen one of my friend on Facebook posted her aromatherapy diffuser and it's big and she has a lot of oil to put in. I wonder what oil will work for me.
I really don't want to rely on sleeping pills anymore. That is why I want to try this aromatherapy diffuser. I wonder though if it will work even without AC.
Do you happen to have this aromatherapy diffuser?

Yes I had that at home before. What helps you sleep is actually the oil that is being diffused. There are other alternatives actually. There is a diffuser that doesn't need electricity. And with regards to the AC of course it will work perfectly well.
But what I'm using now is Himalayan Salt Lamp. The diffuser needs oil all all the time to work and it's costly. I would suggest you get lavender essential oil and rub it on your wrist, behind your ear, and it will help you sleep.

@JustBhem There's a lot in the mall it's also called a diffuser. It has a bottle with oil in it and a wooden stick inserted. The electric ones are actually humidifiers.

@JustBhem It helps me sleep because I feel the air is cleaner. :) I have allergies so it works for me there. Plus the noise helps me sleep better, I can't sleep in silence.

Oh, I didn't know about that. But it's good because you have an AC.

I have a diffuser from Well trademark works well. But you can find one at as low as $18.99 canadian. On amazon.ca
The best trademark is Victsing 160 ml. 2nd version BPA free, ultrasonic.
To sleep better, use lavender tea, check what your eating at night that could hinder your sleep.
