Puzzle Finished

A few days ago I threw out the 3000 piece puzzle because the pieces weren't all there for the edge - manufacturers error. So, still wanting to do a puzzle, I pulled this one from the closet. It's 250 pieces, a far cry from 3000. Still at 250, it wasn't all that easy, even if it does say for ages 5+ on the box.
It's a National Geographic two sided puzzle. I think I did this one before, but the other side, which has the cities and countries, where this side, as you can see is more geographic and much harder. It helps if you know where all the trenches, basins, and fractures are. I'm also glad it was only 250 pieces.
So, between working on my book and coming on here, I finished this puzzle. I was determined.
Do you like working jigsaw puzzles? What is the most pieces you worked? So far my biggest puzzle was 1000 pieces. Thanks for reading.

Jigsaw puzzles would really make me go insane as I try to sort out which is which. You are very sharp, Valerie. I wont be able to complete that even with 250 pieces.

@HazySue The ones I'm working on to publish have been finished for quite a while. I held onto them while I got the series finished. So, I will be working to get those ones published, while I work on others I have started in various stages, like the one I'm currently working on that's almost finished.

I think the most I've ever done was a 1000 piece puzzle, which wasn't easy to complete. Heck, much smaller puzzles may not be easy to complete either. Depends on the picture and how similar the colors are.

True. My last one was 1000 and not easy. It took me several months. This one took only a few days, but the blue in it made it harder than I expected. Here's a picture of the 1000 piece puzzle I did last year.

@lovebuglena You must have worked on it a lot then to get it done in just days. That one was a challenge with the pattern and colors. It was fun to do.

@just4him Looks like a beautiful puzzle. My 1000 one didn't take months to do but probably many days.

@just4him yes, we started the puzzle by looking for all.sides.first. then my father constructed the frame. It took a long time ti finish and even those who were visiting took part on the making. So much fun. It came from germany

I'm sure that was a huge puzzle. I don't think I've seen them that big. How long did it take your family to finish it? Did you frame and hang it when you finished?
