I still have this dream in which i can start earning a good decent amount from the comfort of my home and of course my Bedroom or Study table. I wanna be my own boss and have seen many that are earning decent amounts online and they have made it a full time affair. I know its hard and needs a lot of effort and skill and i am way behind those skills,
But i feel we need to keep trying and see dreams as those who dream Big can achieve big as well.

Not really! I can't do such jobs! I am a field worker and enjoy working physically though that may not be very hard or tough in nature! I don't trust on line earnings as we can't earn handsome amount from it and there is no guarantee about the sites. I have been duped by many in the past! Thanks dear friend!

I actually did that for several years before I retired. You do have to have skills and be willing to work hard. I was a writer for one large site, then I created and maintained a forum for another site, then proofread for it.
There are many jobs out there, or you can create your own job. It's possible.

@thesupersingh I'm not sure.. if you know a lot about something, you can write about it or teach it. For instance, I knew a lot about saving money and worked for the old About.com when it was one person writing on a topic. I made decent money doing that, and I ran a forum there, so when I quit, I had the forum experience.
The internet is just like the "real world," in that you need skills and a goal. If you can write, don't settle for those sites that pay you almost nothing, but look for sites in your area of expertise that look like they could use a writer.
Join Linkedin and be serious about a career. Marketing is good, especially social media marketing. There are places where you can learn to do that well. Blogging has excellent potential if you do it right. Look up Darren Rowse, he has tons of free advice.
I could write all day, but you get the idea. Apply yourself and go find something that pays money. Have a little patience and make a lot of effort and itworks.

Yes but I do not see a way to make $2,000 a month. Now maybe when I get off the grid, down size and give up all luxuries then maybe I could. Right now? No way.

It does seem like a rather lofty goal depending on what you plan to do to earn online. For example, an online reseller might be able to make a living at it. Some bloggers do. There are of course some YouTubers who do. But earning a living from sites like this will likely never happen.

@thesupersingh There are some people doing it, that's for sure. Few and far between, of course. But if one can find a way to do it, I say go for it.
