The Royal Wedding...Did You Watch?

The big news was the Royal Wedding today. I had wanted to watch but I just couldn't get myself out of bed. It's a rainy day here and I was just too comfortable in my bed to get up early. Airing of the Royal wedding started here at 4am which is way too early for me. I thought maybe I would get up around 6am and enjoy watching while having my coffee. But, as I said, it didn't happen.
I'm sure I'll be able to catch the highlights during the day. Did you watch?
Not much happening here on this soggy day. I have some crafts I want to work on this afternoon and get finished so I can move along with my plans to do a craft fair in the Fall.
I also just got the book Camino Island by John Grisham that I've been wanting to read since it was mentioned here as being a good book. I've gotten so many good book recommendations here and enjoyed reading books that I might not have read otherwise.

I got up at 6 a.m to watch, I knew the actual wedding would be at 7 but I wanted to see all the members of the royal family arrive.

I had no desire to watch someone else's wedding that I did not know personally. I love weddings of people in my family or friends but that's about it.

I did not watch, I did not care to though. Sleeping for me was important, lol.

The wedding was in the background at a friends house, us ladies sneaked peeks at the proceedings now & then, but we were not glued to the television set. She looked lovely I think. May they have a long happy marriage.
