@Letranknight2015 Public urinals imply ensuring water and cleaning. Traditionally, cleaning was done by lower caste people, who are being uplifted (thankfully), through education and sops, though not sure how reserving jobs and education seats in professional institutions helps. That said, water is an issue in this country the way we have grown in numbers. I am not sure it will work here. But I also feel if women are not openly defecating or going to urinals, why is it that men are not able to control themselves? We are the same species, aren't we? There are hotels, and there are a few urinals, and there are petrol bunks. Surely the urinals of those places can be used for relieving themselves.

Hello @sw8sincere Some people don't care even with the CCTV camera, hard to believe but it's something of an ill to our society.

@Letranknight2015 Yes, they should. But sometimes, even if there is, they will still pee anywhere they feel like it.
