Boy is it dry out there

Oh yes, very dry. Right now at 10:45am it's 87(f) with 7% humidity.
Can you tell by my photo just how dry it gets? I took this shot in 2013.
By thursday the weather service predicts we'll be in the triple digits for at least a week or more.
The dry heat of this region is tolerable but it does have one downfall that drives me nuts, my sinuses are completely dried out which is not pleasant.
Sooo, hows it going in your part of our planet?

It never seems to rain where it's needed. We had rain all weekend and it's finally sunny here today and a bit warm.

It's been really warm and dry here also. We have had high 90's this week and thurs and fri were going to get some rain finally. I hope then it will cool down a bit as these temps are a bit too much for me.

@rebelann yeah I'm glad it's going to rain here we could use some. I'm not going to miss the heat and going to be 70's this weekend that's even better.

Boy are you lucky @Blondie2222 but when you're through with the rain would ya send it my way?
70's??? That's a bit too cool for me but I wouldn't mind if it got back down to the low 90s.

glad to hear it @Tampa_girl7 Here it's 98 with 6% humidity at 4:20pm, the rest of the should be in the 100s with low humidity ..... I don't mind the heat as long as the humidity is low.

I get sinus headaches m guessing when the barometric pressure changes.
When your sinus dry out do you get headaches from that too? I figured it would be better in dry heat course going in and out of air conditioning isn't helpful either maybe that's what's bothers your sinuses and not the dryness after all. I'd have to research that as I really don't know.
I know my nose was worse when inside rather than outside when in Arizona in May.

You want rain, I've got a yard full and humidity is around 90%. So hot and sticky it's hard to breathe.

Humidity is there 7%, so thats something relief. Humidity is very tough to resist with heat. Here temperature hovering around 40 degree with humidity 65-70%.. Again power cut is also here.
