Last night I was working on a discussion and when I tried to post it it kept pointing at a word as a bad word. I put a hyphen in between and still it did not go through.
I will try it here wording it differently.
Britain has come up with a rule to punish those who point a camera at women which is termed as u p s k i r t i n g Those who do that will be imprisoned.
These perverts should be imprisoned. What do you think? Would you like to have such a rule where you live?
The image here is self explanatory.I wanted to post the link that has the details but there I cannot change the word and myLot is refusing that link (lol)

@allknowing I dunno. I admit that this isn't an area I've researched thoroughly.

@allknowing well, I guess perverts are resourceful and would not be identified at all.

If men do Yoga they can keep their urges in control. Also decent men already know how to keep their urges in control (lol) Not that I am in favour of women wearing provocative clothing.

@allknowing I think it is fine to have provocative clothing. Besides, it is also a trend. Men should keep the hidden desire if they can.

@LadyDuck Unless rules are followed there is no point in having them. Your country follows them.

@allknowing The privacy laws are very strict here, even posting a photo where you can see the face of someone is a crime if you did not ask the authorization.

Perverts will be perverts whenever, wherever, whatever and that includes their eyes. I have seen men goggling with their tongues handing out (lol)

People need to be held responsible for rude and poor behavior. I do not know if a fine will help or not.

I think it's useless as they don't identify who are those perverts who took pictures.
