Good morning, dear friends. Light comes throw the closed curtains.
Luna, fortunately, has not come to ask for her breakfast yet. I have noticed that as she grows up, she spends more time near the fence in the morning, watching people who go to their jobs.
I am worried about Leticia today. She has been called to the hospital for an eye test on glaucoma. I dread that she might have something important in her eyes.
She told me yesterday that maybe I should start looking for another maid. I replied that she should be looking for someone to come to help us once a week with a through cleaning under our supervision and that if she could not work at all, she was welcome to come every day here to have fun and talk. She has been a faithful soul for 20 years and she has nothing much to do at her home during the day.
Do pray for her. Or send good vibes!
I will post as soon as I know what happened to the exams. The dumb lady was buying things to take to the hospital today at the supermarket yesterday. I told her to put them all back and I bought cookies, juices, a more than enough amount of the best jam and some cheese. I told her that those were my contribution to her eyes. I so love her
I´ll keep you posted. Meanwhile I will try to do something to keep my thoughts away from the what ifs.

I had laser surgery for glaucoma three years ago. It is a serious matter, but now you can keep it under control. I know that there are medications that I must absolutely never take. If she has glaucoma, recommend her the read carefully before taking any medication. I can take nothing to cure a cold as an example.

I thank you for your words. I know that in is serious, but I hope that if this is so they can keep it under control. I´m glad that the hospital has taken it seriously too.

@marguicha I discovered by chance. I went to a "free visit" to our optician to decide if to buy or not a new pair of eyeglasses. He tested the eyes blood pressure and he sent me immediately to see my ophthalmologist doctor. Two days later I had laser surgery, but I still need eyedrops every day.

I too have a similar problem. I am attached to mine and she is in and out of a hospital for her fertility treatment. She is trying for IVF. I call her up every day. I do have some help around but I enjoyed her company

At my house where I live alone there´s not much to do. But we enjoy each other´s company. She is old and she deserves not to have to worry.

Something IS wrong. I just hope it is a minor thing.

Wish everything is ok with Leticia, if something is discovered she will have the right treatment to control it. Sending good vibes.
