So I am at my mid 20's, i'm a full blooded introvert, they say that most introverts have social anxiety. They say that they cannot express themselves through words, and that's why they suffer from it. I approve, that's why I chose this kind of life. Just because we can't express ourselves verbally does'nt mean that we are a bad person. They do not know that were struggling also to connect with other people. I'm very glad that I've found a solution through connecting to them using myLot.
I'm very thankful that I am now able to express myself, and see other people's perspectives in life. Most people are nice here and the way they interact makes me feel that they are really alive. I hope we I could learn more here and see good ideas. I wish we could chitchat a little bit more in myLot. Maybe if I started continuing doing this my social anxiety will be gone.

You can chit chat all you want here, that's really a good way to see myLot as a whole. I love introverts, they remind me of me. :-)

I think I may have social anxiety as well. Sometimes I wanna say something but no words come out. Or I wanna participate in a conversation but can't and just sit there quietly. And I can feel like I don't fit in. Is that social anxiety?
I think I am better at communicating via written word than verbally.

I agree with you, introverts aren't bad people at all. In fact, I have always read online that some bloggers, coaches or speakers telling they are actually introverts. I think they have learned to express themselves well, even in front of public. myLot is really a great place for us to meet others and express ourselves too. Glad that we have found it!

I am both introverts and extrovert.
I used to be shy when it comes to expressing myself too, especially in public but most of the time if I know the crowd I use to be loud too. But here, you can express what feeling you want to express. You are not alone here.

I am very introvert as well. I know exactly how you feel trust me and it can be hard to explain . I am not social in life I love being to myself . I watch movies all day listen to music and play games. Anything to escape reality. I turn inward mentally. I dream a lot. I live more in my thoughts

That's nice that you are working on it and have an outlet to release your creative self. I am half introvert and extrovert, so I could be sociable as well as keep it to myself.
