It's proven that America has the most productivity in the world. Those countries (not third world countries that are slave labor places) with siestas, two hour lunches and two month yearly vacations are appalled that the US works and works its employees yet are jealous of America's output.

In my schoolhood,we have the siesta in the summer, and we have to snooze.since then,i'm always sleepy and never listen the words of teachers.but thanks god,i evade from the brainwashing of Communist,so i'm not as bad and brutal as the common chinese,i finally find a new and fresh window to see this opening world.I still love sleep, because our president xi told to have a dream in China,he called it as Chinese Dream.

@Spontaneo if you're Soviets or People from North korean, you will understand,it's a world of brainwashing and terror autocracy,in this place, you have no free will and dream, you only can dream as the slaveholders' demand.
Chinese dream is that let Chinese people to dream in the communist's demand,if you dream about the democracy, freedom and human rights, you'll die.

We are retired and are taking naps or rests most days. I think it helps in the heat.
