Fear of Eating in Some Fastfoods/Restaurants

After reading posts about how some kitchen staff "lousily" handle the washing of plates and other dining utensils, it turned me off.
Though I always welcome the idea of eating out when I could not cook, I am now afraid to eat and use their forks, plates and drinking glasses. One FB post said they do not use washing detergents to clean; they just rinse it with water in haste especially when there are so many customers.
Another said that if you treated the waiters rudely, they will retaliate by doing some "dirty" tricks on your food.
As much as possible it is better to eat home-cooked food! Sometimes I always wanted to see their kitchen to see how they handle the food.
What do you think?

It happens a lot. That is why I use those disposable plastic utensils when I can. Most of the time, I bring my own utensils/containers and ask the waiters/food server politely to put the food inside the containers that I bring.

@acelawrites true.
I even ordered metal straws so I don't have to use disposable straws.

Oh, it's the wisest thing to do; environment-friendly too instead of using disposable plastics.

Well, when there is an occasion, we eat in restaurants. That's because we want something not ordinary and we don't want to wash dishes.
So, we would choose a restaurant that cooks delicious foods and is clean as we see it in their utensils and foods served are hot.
As for fastfood, I like McDo, they have disposable spoons and forks and their plates are the disposable cartons. I love McDo, though I know it's said that fastfoods are not healthy foods. But I don't do it always anyway.

@acelawrites Especially at night, I sometimes eat already at McDo before I go home. I take out something for hubby.

@SIMPLYD it is really practical to just buy instead of cooking when you are already so tired the whole day.

Yes, we can see the kitchen at MCDo! We do eat or buy from some trusted fastfoods when I am too tired to cook! We just take the food home.

Yes, they are microscopic; sometimes it is better to ask them to immerse it in hot water first.

I like to think that fastfood is like this. I don't trust them at all. I have workmates now who worked in some popular stores and said it was really dirty.

Oh no, the more reason we have to be cautious! Or just eat at home if we have time.

Oh, I'm so too late because I just ate at the fast food this afternoon. But luckily it was raining so they weren't much customers around.

Some could be so lazy to do the soaping art; they should do it for the safety of their customers.

A home-cooked meal is always the best because you know the ingredients that were used and how it was prepared. I don't completely trust the food prepared outside the home. I have encountered an incident where my food had a hair and a fly on it. It was disgusting-- I almost puked! Cleanliness should always be the number priority in fast food restaurants!

before eating i do inspect the utensils and the plate, but one can never see those tiny bacteria
