Most of you will instantly recognize this as the theme song from MASH. I grew up watching this show with my grandpa even though it was off the air before I was born. I loved the just instrumental version of this song as well, but the lyrics are fantastic and so fitting for the show.

@thislittlepennyearns I've never read the book and didn't care for the movie. I'm not a Donald Sutherland fan. His acting style annoys me. I loved the show.

@DWDavis I love Alan Alda. And the show was there for amazing. The movie just didn't do it for me.
The book is good. Quick read. It's not long at all.

Wow! I never knew the theme from MASH had lyrics or a title other than "The Theme from M*A*S*H."
Interesting. I've always loved that theme.

Yep. It had lyrics. When they aired the series finale it was the full version with the lyrics and everything.
